Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Ipswich (Main Dealership)
Salary: £25,000 

We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to become an integral part of the Parts department at a well-established main dealership in Ipswich.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting customers with their parts needs
- Efficiently manage parts ordering, bookings, invoicing, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate stock management to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department

Candidate Requirements:

- A strong team player with a commitment to supporting overall sales and profitability
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and consistently exceeding customer expectations
- Possession of a valid driving license is essential
