Children's Senior Support Worker

Lead staffteams in children's homes for a growing and highly therapeutic and unique organisation that provides care for children with trauma and behaviours that challenge.

Location: Maidstone, Salary: £34,000 to £35,000

The ideal candidate must:



  • Have previous experience of leading staff in children's residential homes

  • Have good knowledge and experienced of Ofsted and associated legislations

  • Be a driver

Responsibilities of the Senior Therapeutic Residential Worker:



  • Leading staff on shift to deliver a high quality of care to children with EBD

  • To have knowledge of Therapeutic care and frameworks such as PACE

  • To have experience working with Ofsted and associated regulations

  • Rotas, paper work, auditing and risk assessments

  • Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.

  • Display yourself as an appropriate role model

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience

  • Encourage positive life experiences for the children



Salary: £35,000


Location: Maidstone
