The role will be working as part of the Maintenance Team providing ‘Hands-on' maintenance to their manufacturing machinery, including the welding and fabrication of machine guards, gulleys and conveyor-based systems - STIK and MIG.

Requirements as Welder

• Welding of fixtures and fittings, guards, conveyors, etc - using MIG /STIK Welding processes


• Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support, and mechanical repairs ensuring that all production targets are maintained.

Qualifications and Experience needed as a Welder

• Welding/fabrication experience required with a high standard of quality work


• Within the position you will be provided with training upon mechanical equipment and machinery.
  
  Therefore you must open to further training and personal development with a mechanical aptitude


• High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
