Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cavan

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Co.

Cavan.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years experience and shall oversee the management of tendering activities, ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to completion.

You will be responsible for:



* Overseeing the completion of project close-out documentation and final account agreements.


* Identifying and managing commercial risks, variations, and potential cost overruns.


* Managing the financial aspects of projects from tender through to completion.


* Managing the certification process and preparing financial reports for senior management.


What we are looking for:



* Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.


* At least 4 years of work experience in Ireland / Europe and Quantity surveying qualification.


* Background in construction planning, programming, and commercial management.


* Familiarity with construction industry and previous mechanical experience.


* Strong understanding of Navisworks / CAD / P3 Programming / BIM.
