Location: Liverpool
Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

An established high street law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly, structured team.

This is an exciting opportunity to handle a full caseload from start to finish in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including:

- Sale and purchase (both freehold and leasehold)
- Remortgages
- Transfer of equity

Your main responsibility is to ensure your clients receive a smooth service of each case from instruction through to completion and be a true represent of the firm by communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a full caseload independently.
- Experience handling a variety of property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sale, purchase, remortgage, and transfer of equity.
- Qualified or unqualified, but must have proven expertise in residential conveyancing.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
