Residential Conveyancer

Multi-service, regional law firm looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their Runcorn office.

You will be joining their award-winning, expert Residential Conveyancing team in which your responsibilities may include:

• Taking ownership of your own caseload from inception through to completion in sale or purchase of freehold/leasehold residential conveyancing


• Shared equity/ownership transactions


• New build transactions


• Remortgages and equity release


• Help to Buy and Right to Buy transactions


• Transfers of equity/ownership

The successful candidate will ideally have 5 years' previous experience within Residential Conveyancing, is able to work independently as well as part of a team, is well organised and has a keen eye for detail.
