Registered Manager - Supported Living & Complex Residential Care Services

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and associated conditions? Our client is a well-established organisation offering award-winning residential and supported living services.

We have helped our client recruit high calibre talented individuals to ensure they have a top-class management team and we are now looking to recruit a Registered Manager for their newly built flagship service in Swindon, comprising of supported living flats and a small residential care facility.

About the Role: We are seeking an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of the people we support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of regulatory standards, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a “can do” attitude.

You will also need to be kind, caring, and have a hands-on approach, working closely with the staff team to mentor, nurture, and develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:


  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Swindon before starting work
