Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Worcester
Salary: Up to £37,000 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – NO WEEKEND WORK
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a prestigious main dealership in Worcester, is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their highly rated team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vehicle Servicing and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- MOT Testing: Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations (desired but not essential).
- Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, ensuring service records meet the dealership's strict standards.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other technicians and departments to ensure smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Qualifications: Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with a proven track record in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Driving License: Must hold a valid UK driving license.
- Enthusiasm for the Role: A genuine passion for vehicle repair and maintenance, with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Tools: Own a comprehensive set of tools suitable for a variety of tasks required for the role.
