Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, current salary, and qualifications


Hours: 37.5 hours per week


Are you a warm, compassionate, and proactive leader with a passion for providing outstanding care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee the operational management and quality of Extra Care services across Harrow.


About the Role:



In this pivotal role, you will manage a service catering to 60 residents in a vibrant and culturally diverse area.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the service meets the highest standards of quality and empowers the service users.

You will work closely with the housing provider, service users' families and friends to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the operational aspects of the Extra Care service, ensuring compliance with CQC quality requirements and care standards.

  • Develop and implement effective staff deployment strategies and ensure a well-organized approach to service delivery.

  • Collaborate with housing providers, service users, and their families to promote a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • Demonstrate flexibility, energy, and reliability in managing the service, including working evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.


About You:



To be successful in this role, you should have:



  • Significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care services.

  • A warm, person-centred, and respectful approach to care.

  • A thorough understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards.

  • A relevant Qualification such as Level 5 in Leadership and Managament
