Days: Monday to Friday 0730 - 1600 (12.20 finish on a Friday)
Location: Tamworth

A large engineering company in the Tamworth are looking to recruit and Yardman / Driver.

They are a leading name in their sector that have a reputation for quality and innovation.

The company provides further training and offers the opportunity to work within a clean, modern, friendly working environment.

The role is based partially outside in the Yard, and in the stores, ensuring that it is kept neat and making sure all stock is located in the right places as well as liaising with employees in the workshop to ensure they have the right materials when needed.

• Salary £24-25,000 p/y (Potentially rises after probation)


• Early finish on a Friday


• OT available paid at x1.5

Duties of the role:

• Ensuring the yard is neat and tidy


• Helping out in the stores


• Moving vehicles


• General house keeping duties

The ideal candidate Yardman / Driver will have experience working within:

• A similar environment (Stores/Yard)


• Possess a FLT counter balance licence (not a deal breaker)


• Have held a driving license for 3+ years
