Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable professional who is looking for either a full or part-time vacancy?
Do you have experience with payroll or proficiency in Excel too?
Our client is seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to manage their purchase ledger.

However, if you can bring additional skills in Payroll or Excel to support the wider finance team, that would be a bonus too.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain purchase ledger invoices.
• Prepare twice-monthly payment runs and resolve discrepancies.
• Use accounting software to manage financial records.
• Assist with payroll processing or provide advanced Excel support for data analysis.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in purchase ledger (essential).
• Bonus skills in payroll processing or Excel (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
