Our client is a growing boutique provider of gorgeous office spaces in over 35 locations in the World.

With a presence that is expanding across mainland Europe and some serious investment behind them, they are set for great things.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you and your team within your region (north Germany) will be responsible for all aspects of pre-sales and sales of our spaces, as well as customer success, retention, and upsell.

You play a key role in our sales efforts throughout the whole process.

The dream job

• Formulate strategies in order to run an effective sales team
• Supervise preparations and definition of the sales plan
• Understand the customer’s needs, ensuring that the solution that is provided matches customer expectations across all areas - functional, service, timeline, budget, quality, etc.
• Ensure all sales employees have sales targets and personal sales plans
• Work with CRM System (Salesforce) to maintain an updated customer baseAnalyze sales funnels, and optimize goals
• Execute SMB retention plan
• Work together with the customer service team to achieve goals
• Retain talent within your team
• Propose and coordinate the promotional activities undertaken by the sales department

The ideal candidate

• +2 years of relevant sales experience in a leadership position
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, pre-sale processes, market research
• Results-oriented, problem solver and good at multitasking
• Ability to work independently and take care of the team, making sure they are trained
• Familiar with real estate, specifically the flexible office sector - an advantage
• Strong in English and German is a must for both written and spoken
• Achieving 100% of goals can result in up to 2 annual salaries per year (all four quarterly bonuses), and reaching 130% of goals can earn up to 6 monthly salaries per year.
