The dream job

• As the Sales Manager you will meet with potential clients, conduct viewings, and be the point of contact to convert these through to memberships.
• You will travel between sites in Berlin to make these happen and you will ooze positive energy.
• You will act as an ambassador for the brand, showing clients around the facilities and understanding their needs to better tailor the service.
• Support the customer experience team and forward complaints
• You will use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to nurture great relationships with the community and utilize your sales experience and passion to meet sales targets.
• Chase leads and convert them into close deals/memberships!

You are

• This is a standalone role, so you are an independent worker
• A motivated, self-starting individual with a strong work ethic, understanding of how to work effectively as part of a team, and to have the company’s best interests at heart.
• A people person, who can foster relationships easily and maintain them for the long term.
• A born problem solver
• A great communicator, able to convey messages in a clear and concise manner.
• Organised and analytical at all times.

The ideal candidate

• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, pre-sale processes, market research
• Hands-on mentality
• Familiar with real estate, specifically the flexible office sector - an advantage
• Fluent in English and German
• Achieving 100% of goals can result in up to 2 annual salaries per year (all four quarterly bonuses), and reaching 130% of goals can earn up to 6 monthly salaries per year.

The Role: Sales Manager

Location: Berlin

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 per year+ bonus
