Private Client Paralegal

Service Care Solutions are working alongside a growing law firm based in Bradford.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Paralegal with strong Wills and Probate knowledge to join their team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment and to progress in your legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle your caseload from start to completion.


• Creation and Registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney


• Have a good knowledge of planning care home fees

About you:

• Strong communication skills verbal and written.


• At least 2 years of experience in Wills and Probate


• Good organising skills


• Previous experience managing Wills and Probate caseload is important.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience


• 25 days holiday per annual, bank holidays


• Hybrid Working
