Home Manager

Practicus are seeking an experienced Home Manager on a permanent basis for our client in Liverpool who are a leading provider of nursing for adults living with complex and high acuity needs.

As the Home Manager you'll be responsible for not only managing the home but leading by example.

Rated good by CQC, this is a 40-bed facility in the heart of Liverpool with a team driving to push for continuous improvement daily.

Ensuring you are driving quality initiatives and improvement, promoting team leadership and management, supporting recruitment and colleague development.

Essential:

• Valid NMC PIN (preferable)


• A visible leader with strong management skills and experience within complex care settings


• Great communicator, able to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 - Full-time (40 hours a week)
