Project Manager - Transfer Agency & Fund Distributions

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Transfer Agency?

Our client, based in Edinburgh's city centre, is hiring a Project Manager on a 6 month contract basis to support and lead on regulatory projects in the TA and fund distributions space.

• Proven project management experience


• Solid understanding of Transfer Agency and fund distributions


• Familiarity with asset management middle and back-office functions


• Self-starter


• Ability to work at least 4 days in the office, with the option of working the other day remotely

• Own regulatory projects with regards to fund distributions and the Transfer Agency model


• Lead virtual teams and collaborate with business leaders globally


• Establish and manage a strong Project Management Office (PMO)


• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders


• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and technology, with a focus on risk management and mitigation


• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices
