Core Responsibilities
Prepare estimates and Tax extension calculations to assist with US tax for Federal, State, and Local tax returns for the firm's legal entities.
Arrange tax accounting calculations and work papers in compliance with ASC740.
Collect and analyse data.
Conduct validation controls on internal systems data.
Prepare Federal and separate state tax returns and tax return work papers for multiple legal entities across different businesses.
Perform tax research.
Correspond with taxing authorities on deficiency notices.
Conduct ad hoc duties to support the Tax Manager of the US Corporate tax team.
Continuously learn and implement standard processes.
