The Opportunity

Get Recruited is a fast-growing, multi-award-winning recruitment consultancy located in Manchester City Centre.

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruiter to join our Accountancy & Finance division.

This role is perfect for an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready to step up or someone already at the senior level.

You must have solid 360° recruitment experience and a proven track record in new business development within an agency environment.

You'll play a key role in driving business growth and helping guide less experienced team members.

What You'll Do

• Full 360° recruitment, with a focus on new business development and client relationship management.


• Develop and grow your client base within Qualified Finance and Transactional Finance roles.


• Display leadership potential while delivering high-quality results for both clients and candidates.

What We Offer

• £27,000 to £35,000 basic salary (negotiable) + uncapped commission (up to 30%).

Who We're Looking For

• Senior Recruitment Consultants or experienced Recruitment Consultants with a 360° background in an agency environment.


• Strong new business development skills and leadership potential.


• Experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment is desirable but not essential.
