Key Responsibilities of Commercial Insurance Broker:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and Corporate insurance clients


• Process client accounts using Acturis insurance software


• Develop strong relationships with Leeds businesses through regular contact


• Identify insurance gaps and client exposures in commercial sectors


• Negotiate with insurers for new business, renewals, and policy amendments


• Achieve high client retention rates (>90%) and new business conversion


• Provide expert commercial insurance advice to Leeds-based businesses

Requirements for Commercial Insurance Broker:

• Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, especially with SME clients


• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Proficiency in Acturis or similar insurance broking systems
