Aftersales Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aAftersales Manager with 3 years experience in motor industry to join a well-established new and used car dealership, offering excellent benefits.

As a Aftersales Manager, you will oversee the service department, aiming to achieve revenue, utilisation, and profit targets while ensuring a safe working environment.

You will be responsible for:



* Manage workshop operations, including estimating, invoicing, and compliance.


* Lead and motivate the service department team.


* Drive profitability and customer satisfaction.


* Oversee warranty claims and account management.


* Promote departmental marketing initiatives and enhance customer retention.


* Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and dealership policies.


What we are looking for:



* At least 3 years experience in motor industry.


* Exceptional organisational and motivational skills.


* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


* Full UK driving licence required.


Shifts:



* Monday - Friday: 08:00am - 5:30pm


* Saturday (on rota): 08:30am - 12:30pm
