The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the 5-star hotel industry with extensive experience in both Rooms and Food & Beverage.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can elevate their brand presence while ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all channels.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Dutch is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
• Design campaigns aligned with brand values for domestic and international markets.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging and storytelling.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to align global and local strategies.
• Create impactful marketing campaigns for Rooms and F&B departments.
• Act as brand spokesperson and manage media and influencer relationships.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, promoting creativity and growth.
• Conduct market research and report on campaign performance to management.
• Build relationships to foster brand loyalty and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong background in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in Rooms and F&B marketing within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a hands-on approach to both strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging trends in the luxury market.
