MediTalent is seeking a skilled and compassionate Sister / Charge Nurse to join a top-tier healthcare provider in their state-of-the-art Private Hospital in Margate.

This facility offers a broad range of services, including ophthalmic, ENT, hip and knee surgeries, urology, cosmetic procedures, and general surgeries—providing you with a varied and engaging caseload.

In this role, you'll be part of a passionate and dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

You'll take charge of the day-to-day management of the nursing team, with the support of a Ward Manager and Matron.

Beyond supervision, you'll play a critical role in assisting the NHS with its patient backlog, working independently to deliver excellent patient outcomes and ensuring each patient receives outstanding, personalized care.

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC/HCPC Pin


• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development


• Completion of a teaching and assessing course (or equivalent)


• Experience in acute nursing


• Evidence of successful change management
