Role Purpose

To support Production on day-to-day tasks by carrying out manual production roles in a variety of areas within a busy production facility.

Requirements

• Good timekeeping skills


• Experience working in manufacturing (desired but not essential)


• Basic English and numeracy skills


• Ability to follow instructions


• Trustworthy


• Able to work as part of a team

Main Duties

• Operate Production equipment and hand held tools


• Working across aspects of the production area


• Ensuring that production deadlines are meet efficiently, and safely


• Maintaining the machinery necessary to perform a specialised task


• Adhering to operational procedures and production timelines


• Ensuring that the production area is kept clean, tidy and free from hazards


• Reporting any issues that could affect the quality or timeliness of production to your team leader or supervisor


• Ensure that the quality of your work is to the required standard.


• Any other reasonable task as instructed by your line manager
