Our client supports young people aged 8 to 18 with complex needs, including emotional, behavioural, and social challenges.

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the effective operation of a residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant legislation.

You will be responsible for:



* Supporting staff to achieve the highest standards of care.


* Involvement in team recruitment, including vetting, interviewing, and induction.


* Liaising with internal and external teams to meet the needs of young people.


* Contributing to team training and development programmes.


What we are looking for:



* Experience in a senior role within a residential childrens home.


* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or willingness to work towards it.


* Valid manual driving licence.
