Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: €4500 gross per month

This luxurious, modern and well known hotel is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team in Amsterdam.

About the position:

• Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
• Recruitment and training of staff
• Shift scheduling
• Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Purchase and control of inventory
• Monitor revenues and expenses
• Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations
• Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products

This is you:

• At least of 4 years of experience in a management role within F&B.
• Previous experience in fine dining or Michelin star restaurants necessary
• Experience managing different outlets
• Knowledge of Inventory management
• Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
• Good organizational skills
• Leadership and commercial mindset with proven skills
• Already live in the Amsterdam Area
• WSET certification
• International hotel experience
• Passion for Mediterranean food
• Knowledge and passion for Mixology
• English required, Dutch is a plus
