The Candidate- Multi Skilled Shift Engineer

• You will be a time served Engineer and/or have obtained a qualification of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience within the Food & Drinks sector
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems
• Experience of fault finding with industrial machinery
• Experience of interpreting both mechanical and electrical drawings
  

   

  The Role – Multi Skilled Shift Engineer

   

• Ensure Health & Safety best practices are carried out in all work activities
• Assist with the development and implementation of Group Engineering standards for the business and ensure compliance at all times.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.
• React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue.
• Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements to the management team.
• Be able to communicate and cooperate with colleagues at all levels to achieve goals and maintain product quality.
• Liaising with external suppliers and contractors
