Salary Package & benefits Offered:

• Basic Salary: 20,800 - 26,000 SAR
• Accommodation: 2 bedroom apartment depending on status
• Temporary remote destination allowance: 12.5% of basic salary
• Relocation support: 10,000 SAR
• Target Bonus: 20-30%
• Medical Insurance: Local Insurance including family members if they secure Iqama
• Schooling: Up to 40,000 SAR per eligible child

Director of Rooms Role in brief:

We are looking for a Director of Rooms for this absolutely beautiful property in a very beautiful but remote part of Saudi! We are looking for an individual who has a huge passion for the highest levels of service to head up this division.

The Director of Rooms forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel.

Directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Reservations, Concierge, Housekeeping, SPA & Fitness, Security, Engineering and Guest Services.

Assures that standards are met, guests and employees are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved.

The Director also works closely with Sales and the Director of Revenue to enhance the Hotel occupancy levels and rates.

We are looking for individuals who have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, are able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for service.

Director of Rooms Experience, skills & attributes required:

• Experience in a similar position at International Luxury 5
  
  * Resort Hotel or a very strong Assistant Rooms Director will be considered too
• Island Resort experience or experience having worked in more remote locations beneficial
• Strong Housekeeping experience/knowledge
• Great leadership & communication skills
• International luxury experience in leading hotels
• Great team player
• Good business acumen
