Service Care Solutions are working alongside an informed local authority, based in Sheffield , which needs a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join its team.

ROLE: Senior Commercial Lawyer

LOCATION: Sheffield City Council/Hybrid

Rate: £60 - £70 an hour Umbrella

Contract Length: 3 Months ongoing

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including supply agreements, service contracts, joint ventures, partnership agreements, licensing deals, and procurement contracts.


• Handle your own caseloads from start to completion in Commercial law.


• Manage and resolve commercial disputes.

About you:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Commercial Law.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong focus on commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and compliance.
