Corporate Solicitor

Commercial, Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their Manchester offices.

As a Corporate Solicitor, your caseload may include:

• Drafting and negotiating Sale and Purchase Agreements


• Work on mergers and acquisitions


• Private equity work


• Joint ventures


• Equity capital markets

Candidates will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Corporate law, can successfully maintain high-quality, client relationships, has excellent previous experience working within broad Corporate Law and is looking to really make a name for themselves in a respected team.

The sectors you'll have exposure to are Sports, Retail, Manufacturing and Tech.
