Our client is a strong player on the Yorkshire legal market and has an excellent opportunity for a senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team full time or part time in West Yorkshire.

There is a great opportunity to establish yourself within the department.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor within the team, you will be handling some of the very best work the firm has to offer, including sale and purchase or various commercial properties, leases and development work.

Business development will also play a key part in this role, meaning you will be promoting the department in order to develop relationships with new clients and win new work, as well as manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.

It is the diversity of this role that makes it a stand-out opportunity for anyone ready to take their career to the next level.

Our client envisages candidates with 5+ years' PQE to have the skills and knowledge relevant for the position, however this is given purely as a guideline.
