Seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage high-value CAPEX projects within the engines, generators, and turbines sector.

As the ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy industry and will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from the tendering process to day-to-day management and final completion.



Key Responsibilities:


Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.


Oversee the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and selection of contractors.


Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.


Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project alignment.


Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.


Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.


Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.


Provide regular project updates to senior management.



Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Project Manager in the heavy industry sector, specifically with engines, generators, and turbines.


Strong understanding of CAPEX projects and financial management.


Excellent knowledge of the tendering process and contract management.


Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.


Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
