Fee Earning - Full Remote Conveyancing role

Role Overview:
The firm is looking for experienced Conveyancers who are dedicated to putting clients first.

The position offers flexibility, with the option for fully remote or hybrid working based on your location.

You’ll manage a caseload capped at 75 files, with the opportunity to take on more if desired.

The role requires experience in Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases, with additional support and training available as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Caseload: Handle up to 75 residential conveyancing files, with the option to increase your caseload if preferred.
- Freehold & Leasehold Expertise: Manage both Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases from start to finish.
- Client-Focused Service: Provide a high-quality, client-centered service, prioritizing the quality of work over volume.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction processes and deliver exceptional service.
- Training & Support: Ongoing training and support will be provided to ensure professional development and successful case management.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proven experience in residential conveyancing, specifically with Freehold and Leasehold transactions
- Strong ability to manage caseloads independently
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client care
- Familiarity with case management systems and conveyancing software
- Commitment to providing high-quality work in line with the firm’s vision
