Nursery Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Manager with 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education in the UK to join an independent day nursery, offering excellent benefits.

As a Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the early years setting, ensuring high standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

You will be responsible for:



* Leading and managing daily operations to ensure smooth running of the nursery.


* Mentoring and developing a team of early years practitioners to achieve their full potential.


* Managing recruitment, staff training, and ongoing professional development.


* Promoting the nursery, handling enquiries, and ensuring positive communication with parents.


* Collaborating with senior management to develop strategic plans for enrolment and staffing.


What we are looking for:



* At least 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education in the UK, with 3 years in nursery management.


* Background in a leadership role within an early year setting.


* A Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.


* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.


* A good understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.


* A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
