What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of all hotel facilities and infrastructure.
• Resolve operational and technical issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with all departments to maintain the highest level of efficiency in hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead a team responsible for maintenance and technical support.

Who You Are:

• Experience in facilities or operations management, ideally within a hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead teams and manage daily facility operations.
• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with building management systems and technical maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
• A proactive approach to maintaining and improving hotel operations.
