Site Manager or Supervisor

A Site Manager or Supervisor is needed for a cladding company to manage long-term projects in Central London

Important Details:

• Full-time: £40,000 - £45,000 per year


• Benefits: Annual bonus, 25 days holiday, pension


• Reporting to: Project Director

Duties:

• Manage £2 million project packages, ensuring deadlines are met.


• Lead and motivate site teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.


• Communicate clearly with workers, management, and clients.


• Ensure health and safety compliance (e.g., CDM, HSE).


• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets specifications.


• Plan schedules, track progress, and produce reports.


• Allocate resources effectively, adapting plans as needed.


• Maintain accurate records of site progress and safety.

Qualifications Required:

• Background in Slating, Tiling, Lead Roofing, or Rainscreen Cladding.


• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with construction software like MS Project and Excel.


• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction processes.
