Portfolio Revenue Manager

• Location: Leeds (hybrid)
• Salary: £50,000 per annum

This exciting role offers you the chance to manage pricing strategies, distribution channels, and forecasting for a portfolio of branded hotels.

Hybrid working is available, with at least three days in the Leeds or London office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for online channels
• Manage all hotel distribution channels to maximize revenue
• Monitor property performance and ensure robust room-type management
• Identify new Revenue Management tools and opportunities
• Take ownership of topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Provide market insights, data analysis, and trend identification
• Drive a shift from OTA channels to direct bookings

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Management Experience
• Experience with the London 4
  
  * market
• Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus
• Strong RMS knowledge: IdeaS/Concerto/GRO
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA a plus)
• Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively
