We are currently looking for a Fabrication Team Leader to work on days, with a salary of circa £36,400.00.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Fabrication Team Leader to expand the business further.

Located a short drive from Hull, Withernsea, Bridlington and Beverley and surrounding areas.

This is a working Team Leader role, adding value to the department output which will involve a large proportion of the time being a welder/fabricator.

Fabrication Team Leader Role/Requirements:

• Organise, control, and direct the activities of production operatives on that shift


• Organise and control the work within the section in accordance with the production plan and priorities as defined by the Senior Supervisor


• Control attendance and absence keeping the Senior Supervisor informed


• Ensure that work is completed within the allocated time and the planned customer requirement date.


• Ensure job packs are completed in a timely manner and are signed off at each stage of handover.

Experience of the Team Leader:

• Team Leader or similar experience within am engineering/fabrication environment is essential


• Strong communication skills on all levels


• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy


• Ensures deadlines are met whilst working under pressure

What is on offer for the Fabrication Team Leader:

• Salary: Circa £36,400.00


• 40 hours basic and overtime available at an uplifted rate


• 33 days Holiday including stats


• Working Days Monday to Thursday


• Ongoing training provided to up-skill further

Ideally the Fabrication Team Leader will have previous experience working within the structural/modular industry.
