ServiceNow Architect - Netherlands

Our client is seeking a skilled and driven ServiceNow Architect to join their team in Amsterdam.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that cater to complex business needs.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their business requirements are effectively translated into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build ServiceNow solutions that align with the client’s business goals.
• Lead the integration and implementation of various ServiceNow modules across different environments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic guidance on best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution designs.
• Ensure the ServiceNow platform remains secure, scalable, and high-performing.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the organization.
• Stay current on the latest ServiceNow advancements and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar technical role.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Fluency in Dutch (required).
• Strong understanding of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is preferred but not essential.
