Consultancy Project Manager

A client within the Private Sector based in Merseyside is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a consultancy environment.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to provide consultancy services across a range of projects and be responsible for all aspects of service delivery from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Be responsible for the quality / delivery of the product / service whilst ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed to ensure our obligations are contractually and professionally completed;


• Manage internal resources and staff to ensure timely delivery;


• Contribute to the profitability of the business, both as an individual and in terms of the office as a whole;


• Generate repeat commissions from existing clients and secure commissions from new clients;


• Represent the business at external networking groups;

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require BSc or equivalent is essential in a construction related discipline and have significant commitment towards personal professional development:

It will be essential to be in experiences in the below:

• Experience of workload demand planning and developing resourcing strategies to deliver the work plan;


• Have good techniques and processes for tracking progress with tasks assigned to others and for dealing with delivery issues;


• Substantial experience of preparing, monitoring, and controlling budgets within a value for money framework;

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £55,000 - £62,000 p/a.
