Are you a certified CII professional looking for your next challenge in the world of commercial insurance? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join a friendly team in a growing Insurance Brokerage in Dudley.

As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you'll be at the forefront of managing client relationships and providing expert advice on a wide range of commercial insurance products.

This role offers excellent career progression opportunities, with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.

• Handle a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts


• Specialise in commercial property insurance and general commercial insurance


• Maintain and develop client relationships


• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions


• Process policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business


• Liaise with insurers and negotiate terms on behalf of clients

• Cert CII qualified (or equivalent)


• Proven experience in commercial insurance, particularly in Commercial Property Insurance


• Knowledge of Professional Indemnity Insurance is highly desirable


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
