What They're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 6 months in a front-of-house role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food-service environment.
• Attitude: Positive, energetic, and team-focused, especially during busy periods.
• Personality: Friendly, unique, and enthusiastic - we want team members who bring their best selves to work every day.
• Passion: A genuine interest in healthy food and the ability to communicate this to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the creation of their perfect meal.
• Offering recommendations on ingredients and menu items based on dietary needs and preferences.
• Efficiently managing Click & Collect and Delivery orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant throughout shifts.
• Preparing and packaging salads, beverages, and other menu items.
• Upholding hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Being an ambassador of the Salad Republic brand and representing our values with every customer interaction.
• Be a customer champion as the face of the brand.
• Basic food preparation and organisation.
