Position Summary


Operate rotational molding machinery, ancillary equipment, and tools in the fabrication of molded polyethylene components for industrial equipment applications.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate rotational molding machinery and ancillary equipment.
  • Operate mixer to make batches of polyethylene powder, pigment, and additives.
  • Pull plastic components from molds manually or with hand tools and fixtures.
  • Trim plastic flash around parting lines using knives and hand tools.
  • Fabricate plastic components using power tools, trim fixtures, and gauges.
  • Inspect plastic housings to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and clean-up.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.
  • Perform all essential duties in an efficient, safe, and quality conscious manner according to specifications, procedures, schedules and safety standards.
  • Assist in overseeing work center activities including production activity control, troubleshooting machine cycles, training, record keeping, quality control, inventory control, and liaison with other departments.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Manufacturing and power tool experience preferred.
  • Plastics manufacturing experience preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred

Hiring Range:


Between $18.00/hr.

- $18.00/hr.
