About the Role
Our client, a renowned organization recognized for its innovation, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating technical solutions, and leading successful ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Mentor and guide the development team throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards during development.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, recommending optimizations where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a successful track record in implementations.
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with integration methodologies and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
