Market Leading manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Production Operative, working on a Production factory in Gatwick area (RH10 4NQ).

Production operative will be working on the assembly or production line of a manufacturing company.

Duties include feeding batches of raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on an assembly line and attaching ready products using resin solvents.

• £11.44 per hour with the potential to go up


• Monday - Friday working hours (7am-15.30am)


• OT is available at 1.5x


• 40 hours per week


• Salary of circa £24,000

Core Responsibilities & Duties of a Production Operative

• Ability to operate and control equipment.


• Maintain a clean work area.


• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.


• Working as Part of a Team


• Quality Checks


• Filling out Paperwork


• Machine Operating


• Provide support to the Factory team when needed.

Full training is given.

Full PPE and Workwear is provided.

Immediate Start is available.
