Head Omakase Chef - up to 70k

Job Role: Omakase Chef

Food Style: Japanese / South American Fusion

Restaurant Size:  250 covers

Daily Covers: up to 350

Contracted Hours: 48, with set days off

Brigade size: 6 sushi chefs.

Report to: Executive chef.

Group size: 2 Sites.

Nearest Transport: Notting Hill Gate

I am working with one of London’s coolest brands in all day dining and Japanese – South American fusion.

We are on the hunt for a super talented Head Omakase Sushi Chef to work in the private dining restaurant.

There will be an intimate private dining space that can seat 6 guests and will be served by 2 chefs through the experience for 2 seating per day Tuesday to Saturday.

This would suit a Head Sushi chef / Omakase Chef from a premium restaurant background, longevity in roles, good BOH management and experience in high quality sushi.

Omakase experience will be a big plus.
