Market Leading manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Production Operative, working in a Production factory in the Chesterton area of Newcastle-under-Lyme (ST5 7ES) on a 6-month temporary basis, with a potential extension.



The Production Operative will be working on the assembly/ production line of a manufacturing company.

Duties include feeding batches of raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on an assembly line.

• £13.44 per hour (average with shift allowance)


• 4 on 4 off rotating Days - 6am - 6pm


• 46 hours per week


• Salary of circa £32,150

Core Responsibilities & Duties of a Production Operative

• Ability to operate and control equipment


• Maintain a clean work area


• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures


• Working as Part of a Team


• Quality Checks


• Filling out Paperwork


• Machine Operating


• Provide support to the Factory team when needed.

Full training is given.

Full PPE and Workwear is provided.
