Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences and smooth daily operations.
• Lead, inspire, and develop the hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Manage budgets, financials, and KPIs, driving profitability while maintaining top-tier service standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement innovative strategies for increasing guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, maintaining the hotel’s excellent reputation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong background in financial management, with the ability to optimize resources and hit KPIs.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for team development and guest satisfaction.
• Fluent in English (Hungarian or other European languages is a plus).
