Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a strong understanding of platform functionalities.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow implementations, particularly with ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, mentoring, and development.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are advantageous.
