Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in Newcastle upon Tyne seeking the next step in your career? We are working with a long standing and highly reputable firm who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to bring into their respected and busy city centre Northeast team.

This is a role that would suit someone who wants a team environment, and the door open to future progression.

Joining this successful team, you will be undertaking your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters in a busy department, working closely with the Property team.

Your caseload will consist of commercial property transactions including business and property sales and purchases, commercial leases, property development, refinancing and mortgages of commercial property (acting for both borrowers and lenders).

At times, you have the chance to take on more complex work in the team.

Each solicitor has dedicated PA support, and you will get involved with regular business development to expand the teams offering.

The firm are wanting to speak with residential conveyancers with upwards of 3 years' residential conveyancing case handling experience.
