My client is a luxury inn who is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage guest bookings and ensure exceptional service from the moment of inquiry.

The role involves coordinating reservations for the inn's elegant rooms, fine dining experiences, and exclusive spa services.

The ideal candidate will assist guests with inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide information on the inn’s upscale amenities to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.

Skills and Experience

• Proven 2+ years’ experience in handling bookings and guest services within a high-end or luxury setting at a management level
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to assist guests and provide detailed information about amenities and services
• Familiarity with booking systems, property management software, and online reservation platforms
• Ability to manage reservations accurately, ensuring that all guest preferences and special requests are handled properly
• Capable of handling multiple reservations, resolving booking issues, and managing last-minute changes efficiently
